Отправляя заявку на сайте anaagrba.ru и отмечая флажок «Согласен(на) на обработку персональных данных», я свободно, своей волей и в своём интересе даю согласие оператору — Малыгин Дмитрий Николаевич, плательщик налога на профессиональный доход (самозанятый), ИНН 781662697032, e-mail для обращений и отзыва согласия: maligind@anaagrba.ru — на обработку моих персональных данных на следующих условиях.

Данные

Имя, номер телефона, адрес электронной почты (если указан), тип, дата и город мероприятия, источник перехода на сайт.

Цель

Ответ на заявку, согласование и подготовка выступления. Рассылка новостей и предложений — не входит в это согласие: для неё в форме отдельный флажок и подтверждение адреса по ссылке в письме.

Действия

Сбор, запись, систематизация, хранение, уточнение, использование, передача менеджеру (в том числе через мессенджер Telegram), удаление и уничтожение; с использованием средств автоматизации и без них.

Срок

До достижения цели обработки, но не дольше 3 лет с последнего обращения, либо до отзыва согласия.
